ABOUT ME

COACHING

My coaching philosophy combines practical experience with performance science.

I’ve coached and worked alongside athletes performing within the top 1% of fitness racing, while also helping everyday athletes understand how to prepare, train and perform more effectively.

I’m particularly interested in:

endurance and hybrid performance

conditioning and race preparation

training load and recovery

performance analytics

athlete development

coaching systems

the relationship between data and performance

The objective is always the same: understand what drives performance and find practical ways to improve it.

Athlete

Competition is an important part of how I approach performance. It gives me the opportunity to test training principles, understand the demands of racing firsthand and continually explore what separates good performance from great performance.

I have raced in Open and Pro Mens Singles, Open and Pro Men’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles, competeing across Australia, NZ, Singapore and in America.

I've qualified multiple times for HYROX World Championships, competed at the 2025 HYROX World Championships in Chicago and achived podiums at the APAC Championships.
