Do I need HYROX experience to work with you?
Not at all. I coach everyone from complete beginners to experienced competitors. We start where you are.
How quickly can we get started?
Usually within a week of your discovery call. I'll have your program ready before your first training day.
What app do you use for training delivery?
Programs are delivered via a shared training portal. I'll walk you through setup on our first call.
